MODEL DAX
"Optional" Plug-in Range Extender Module
(1) Plug-in module to double the RF distance
The Model DAX is a simple plug-in module that provides a wireless transmitter to be added to our Model DARD (receiver sounder), that is placed at a working distance close to the maximum distance from the transmitter at the entry being monitored. This feature allows the Model DARD to receive the RF signal, provide the alerting melody and then activate the Model DAX transmitter, sending an additional RF signal another maximum distance to another Model DARD providing the alerting signal at a distance double the original range. This feature is excellent for locations that are very large, such as furniture stores, or locations that have structural interferences.
The Model DAX includes the power plug for the 12v dc output jack and would also require the purchase of an additional Model DARD to receive the signal at the extended range.

The Model DAX does not require any battery, as it is powered from the Model DARD, therefore the signal is transmitted for a longer duration for better range.

The Model DAX has the proper power plug to simply plug into the 12v dc output jack, on the Model DARD receiver. (included)
